Gas Drilling / Marcellus Shale

We litigate DEP permitting, zoning and environmental claims and have handled matters in state and federal court, before the PA Environmental Hearing Board and the Delaware River Basin Commission. We also advise landowners in connection with leases and negotiate over leasing terms.
