Curtin & Heefner partner Bonnie Stein recently spoke at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s Seminar “Litigating the Insurance Bad Faith Claim.”  Ms. Stein joined a panel of bad faith lawyers and consultants in Philadelphia for a presentation on navigating the dangers of Pennsylvania bad faith claims.

Ms. Stein has been practicing law for thirty years and is recognized as an authority in the fields of property damage and bad faith.  She is a frequent speaker on the defense perspective of bad faith at local, state and national seminars.  Ms. Stein serves as Co-Chair of Curtin & Heefner’s Litigation and Property Damage Sections.

Ms. Stein has consistently been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer through a peer-review process in the area of insurance coverage as published by Philadelphia Magazine.  She has been named as one of the Top 50 Female Attorneys in Pennsylvania as compiled by Law & Politics Media.
