Partner Jordan Yeager and Lauren Williams are authors in this treatise, which just came out as a Second Edition: Law of Oil & Gas in Pennsylvania (2nd Edition, PBI Press).
They wrote the chapter, “Zoning and Municipal Regulation of Oil and Gas” and were co-authors of the chapter, “Representing Citizens in Challenges to Oil and Gas Permits.”
The treatise has been recognized as the definitive guide to oil and gas issues in Pennsylvania and is the Winner of the 2015 ACLEA Award for Outstanding Achievement in Publications (issued by the Association for Continuing Legal Education Administrators).
