Justin Van Dyke focuses his practice on litigation including first party property damage; bad faith claims, product liability and personal injury.

He has several years of civil litigation experience representing plaintiffs in product liability, professional malpractice, toxic exposure, and other personal injury matters involving vehicles, vehicle components, amusement park equipment, component part manufacturers, and hydraulic manufacturers.

Mr. Van Dyke’s experience includes significant trial experience including 1^st and 2^nd chair in matters successfully tried to verdict.  In addition, Mr. Van Dyke has successfully prepared and argued matters before the New Jersey Appellate Division.

Mr. Van Dyke clerked for The Honorable Charles A. Little, J.S.C. in the Burlington County Superior Court and interned for The Honorable F. Lee Forrester, J.S.C. in Mercer County Superior Court.  In law school he was a Teacher’s Assistant and member of the William C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Team.
