We are pleased to announce that partner Robert Szwajkos has been chosen by the Steering Committee of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Conference to serve on the Local Rules Committee chaired by Chief Judge Eric Frank. The goal of the Committee is to update the Local Rules with changes implemented by the District Court and the US Supreme Court.
Managing Partner, Frank Guarrieri, observed: “Since Robert has served on the Local Rules Committee since the adoption of the Bankruptcy Code, he will bring a unique historical perspective to the work of the Committee”.
