Mr. Yeager serves as Chair of Curtin & Heefner’s Environmental & Public Sector practice group. Mr. Yeager represents local governments, community groups, environmental organizations and citizens in land use, zoning, and environmental matters and has been recognized as a Super Lawyer in land use and zoning law. Mr. Yeager has served as solicitor to Nockamixon Township and Yardley Borough in Bucks County and as special counsel to municipalities across the region. His organizational clients have included the Delaware Riverkeeper Network, Clean Air Council, Natural Resources Defense Council, Damascus Citizens for Sustainability and a large number of grassroots community organizations.
A respected appellate advocate and Chair of the Bucks County Bar Association’s Appellate Practice Section, Mr. Yeager has served as one of the lead attorneys challenging the constitutionality of Act 13, which stripped all Pennsylvania municipalities of their authority to apply their zoning ordinances to gas drilling operations.
