Kyong Ha Growney, Esq., partner and chair of the Employment and Labor Law Group at Curtin & Heefner LLP, recently presented at the Bucks County Bar Association CLE Program entitled: “Company Formation Best Practices: People and Collateral.” Ms. Growney and her co-presenters discussed the intersection between intellectual property and business/employment law issues when forming a new business.
