Congratulations to Sam and Andrea Totaro. They will be receiving an Award from the Register of Wills/Orphan’s Court in recognition for all their work in Adoption this year.
The recognition ceremony will be held on November 20, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the Rotunda of the old Courthouse, 3rd Floor.
