On May 14, 2014, at the New Jersey Academy of General Dentistry’s Continuing Education & Annual Meeting, DawnMarie Schulz participated in a panel presentation on     HIPAA Privacy and Security Compliance.  Ms. Schulz is an Associate in Curtin & Heefner LLP’s Employment & Labor Law and Environmental & Public Sector Law groups.  Other members of the panel included Ginny Herron-Doer, President and Owner of ProShred Security in Philadelphia, PA and Kip Lynch, President and Owner of CMIT Solutions in Bucks County, PA.  The panelist provided an overview of HIPAA’s Privacy & Security requirements, as well as suggestions for compliance.
