Profile
Theresa M. Golding practices law in the areas of commercial law, creditors’ rights, bankruptcy and banking law.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Golding worked in the business department of a large Philadelphia law firm where she represented financial institutions in complex loan transactions and represented a New York investment firm in the issuance of public securities. Additionally, Ms. Golding has represented clients in diverse matters involving business transactions, estate administration, and domestic relations.
Ms. Golding is the published author of four novels, two picture books, and is the ghostwriter for four recent novels in The Boxcar Children series. Her books have been nominated for and received numerous honors including The Mark Twain Award, The Rhode Island Teen Book Award, The Georgia Book Award, VOYA Top Shelf Fiction, Society of School Librarians International Honor Book, PA State Library Association Top Forty Fiction, Keystone State Reading Award, YALSA 2009 Best Books for Young Adults, and Kansas State Reading Circle Recommended Reading.
She has been a frequent speaker on writing and publishing at schools, universities, and community organizations.
