Gina’s practice focuses on first party insurance property damage cases involving allegations of bad faith and insurance fraud. She also represents the interests of insurance carriers in liability coverage matters.
Prior to joining Curtin & Heefner, Gina was an associate at a mid-sized Montgomery County firm, where she focused on general insurance defense involving the representation of individuals, corporations, and entities in personal injury, premises and motor vehicle liability and professional liability matters.
Gina was actively involved in Moot Court, participated in competitions and was a member of the moot Court Executive Board. Gina tutored a Secured Transactions course covering Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code. During law school, Gina was a judicial extern for the Honorable James J. Fitzgerald, III, of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.
