Profile

Arthur R. Sagoskin is a Partner of the firm and has been working in litigation involving personal injury for over 40 years. He has an extensive litigation background, in many areas of law. Starting as an Assistant Public Defender in Bucks County for five years, he literally handled thousands of cases in every aspect of litigation. Subsequently, he entered private practice and taught Contract Law at Temple University.

Prior to his focus on personal injury, Art’s practice included criminal law, social security disability, worker’s compensation, real estate and contract law. Art then applied his wide range of litigation history to personal injury cases including auto accidents, construction site accidents, premises liability including slip and fall cases and liquor liability/dram shop accidents. He graduated from Temple University School of Law in 1971 and Temple University in 1967. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, the Bucks County Bar Association and has been admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Art believes it is important to be active in a wide variety of community endeavors apart from his law practice. For example, he was one of the founders and continues to serve as the Solicitor for the Bucks County Heroes Scholarship Fund which benefits members and relatives of police, fire and others in volunteer service injured in the line of duty. He has served as President of his synagogue for over fifteen years and has served on the board of directors of a private non-profit schools and regularly commits to a number of charitable causes throughout the region.

Art has a passion for representing those injured in accidents who are hurting physically, emotionally and economically. That passion combined with the skill which has been gained over the years representing his clients in court, protects and secures the results his clients deserve.

I live in Bucks County with my wife.  I have four daughters who blessed me with the greatest joy…. grandchildren.  I have a daughter in New Jersey, Chicago and two in Israel.  My daughters in Israel coach the Israeli National Flag Football team in International competition.
