Krista P. Harper serves as general counsel to business and real estate venture. She provides strategic counsel, negotiates, and documents major transactions including the purchase and sale of businesses, the structure of new ventures, and the purchase, sale, and development of real estate. Ms. Harper assists business owners in developing succession plans to transfer their business at retirement.

Mr. Harper has considerable experience in banking. She was a commercial lender, served as legal counsel to the Resolution Trust Corporation, and now serves on the Board of Directors of a large mutual savings bank,
