Curtin & Heefner partner, Jordan Yeager, is part of the team of lawyers who have brought an historic challenge to the constitutionality of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s review of interstate pipeline projects. The challenge, filed on behalf of the Delaware Riverkeeper Network, points to FERC’s funding scheme and practices to argue that the agency is a “biased adjudicator” and violates citizens’ due process rights.
