Will’s practice focuses on a wide spectrum of transactional matters, with an emphasis on business transactions, finance, and real estate.

Will represents clients large and small in all stages of transactions including business formation, negotiating and drafting agreements, preparing closing and ancillary documents for business acquisitions, real estate transactions, borrowing transactions, and municipal finance projects.

Prior to joining Curtin & Heefner, Will worked for the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office, the Philadelphia Law Department, and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.

Will is a Bucks County local and graduate of Central Bucks High School West. In his spare time, Will is an avid runner having competed multiple times in the Philadelphia Marathon as well as many other local races. Will is also a huge Philadelphia sports fan.
