Profile

Tim represents clients in various industries, including staffing, technology, Internet and E-Commerce, hospitality and food, and professional services.

His corporate practice includes counseling clients with respect to intellectual property portfolio management, corporate formation and governance, corporate finance, commercial transactions, growth strategies, and mergers and acquisitions. Tim often serves as a trusted business advisor and general counsel to mid-cap companies helping those clients address everyday operational issues while at the same time planning for the long term. With respect to staffing industry clients, Tim provides counsel regarding growth strategies, mergers and acquisition, intellectual property issues, operational issues, indemnity and risk management issues, and the structure and content of SaaS, Employment, Phantom Stock, MSA, VMS and PEO agreements.

Tim is a frequent contributor to legal and business publications and lectures across the country on emerging issues impacting the Staffing Industry.

Tim enjoys spending time with his Fiancé and their blended family of three young men and four cats. In his spare time, Tim runs, hikes, plays tennis and golf—he especially enjoys playing rounds of golf with his Fiancé, Michelle.
