Jordan B. Yeager, Partner in Curtin & Heefner’s Appellate Law Group, will participate in the Bucks Country Bar Association’s (BCBA) inaugural CLE program on Appellate Law.
The program, a June 17th offering in the BCBA’s “Learn & Eat” CLE programs, is titled PA Appellate Practice Primer – Getting an Appeal Started. The Bar Association recently adopted Yeager’s suggestion to form an Appellate Practice Section as discussed in his article published in “The Writs” (the BCBA’s newsletter). Yeager is the Section’s first chair and organized this initial CLE program.
