Alicia’s practice focuses on a wide spectrum of transactional matters, with an emphasis on commercial real estate and business transactions.
Alicia has experience representing clients in all stages of real estate transactions from negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, performing due diligence, and preparing closing and ancillary documents for all types of commercial real estate transactions.
Alicia regularly advises clients on entity formations, organizational structures, and general business matters. She has experience drafting and negotiating partnership agreements and operating agreements.
She has represented institutional investors, corporate clients, and private equity real estate firms in complex real estate and joint venture transactional matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and development of commercial properties. Additionally, Alicia has represented landlords and tenants in commercial, shopping center, retail, office, warehouse, and industrial leasing transactions of all sizes and complexity.
While earning her J.D. at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, Alicia was a summer associate at a Fortune 500 company, where she worked closely with senior counsel on various legal matters and drafted organizational and corporate documents, including articles of incorporation, bylaws, operating agreements, and board resolutions. During her time at Villanova, Alicia was active in the Corporate Law Society and served on the board of the Real Estate Law Society.
While pursuing dual majors in Finance and Economics, Alicia was active in the Finance and Investment Association, the Global Business Council, and the Women in Business Council.
